Billing Specialist - R.H. White Construction

Position Summary:

Perform diversified billing functions in accordance with individual contractual terms and conditions and ensure complete, accurate and timely issuance of billing for work performed.

Hiring Requirements:

• High School diploma and 1 year of billing experience (construction industry a plus).
• Organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated competency with all components of Microsoft Office software applications, particularly excel at a minimum intermediate level as well as ERP Accounting systems.
• Ability to follow billing patterns and follow up with operations personnel to make sure billing is done timely.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
