Billing Specialist (AIA Biller) - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Job Title: Billing Specialist | Project Admin.
Location: Azusa, CA
Pay Rate: $25 - 28/hr.
Schedule: M - F, 7:30a-4:30p (flexible)
Type: Temp-to-hire / Once hired Quarterly bonus based on profit.

Duties: We are looking for volume Billing (number of transactions), multi-tasking of various billing requests throughout the day and especially heavy at month/quarter end.
Billing 100 invoices daily and in-system releases for payment

Required:
High-volume Billing experience (100 invoices per day) - required.
AIA Billing
Experience working with different vendors - required.
Excel - required
Construction/Subcontractor industry experience is nice to have, but not required: such as progress billing, Liens and releases
