Billing Specialist, Aggregates - Ozinga

As a Billing Specialist for the Aggregates business, you'll play a critical role on our customer interfacing team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing processes. You'll be part of the heart of our operations, collaborating across departments to solve discrepancies and maintain the highest level of billing integrity.

Your Role:

• Review, edit, and process a high volume of delivery tickets and maintain accurate carrier payments.
• Investigate and resolve internal and external billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile and ensure the accuracy of all billing documentation and hauler pay data.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain proficiency in billing and dispatch software, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

Who We're Looking For:

• A detail-oriented individual with 2-3+ years of relevant billing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with Microsoft D365, Apex, or XBE dispatch software is a plus.
• A critical thinker with strong analytical abilities, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
