About the Job
_What Customer Billing Services contributes to Cardinal Health_
Customer Billing Services is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer billing accuracy, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment.
_Responsibilities_
Manages day-to-day operations of customer billing. Accountable for billing performance including but not limited to cycle times and invoice accuracy. Seeking candidates who are operations thought leaders skilled in driving process efficiencies /improvements with a proven track record of enabling exceptional customer experience.
_Qualifications_
+ 6-10 years of experience; prior management experience preferred
+ BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
+ Transportation or Carrier experience desirable
+ Analytical background
+ Strong communication skills
+ Process improvement skillset
+ Excel and/or SQL knowledge

+ Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff
+ Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
+ Ensures employees operate within guidelines
+ Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers
+ Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management
+ Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
+ Gains consensus from various parties involved
Anticipated salary range: $85,100 – $121,600
