Billing Portfolio Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Billing Portfolio Specialist to join our dynamic team within our Rewards Solutions subdivision. As a pivotal member of our consulting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by delivering innovative billing solutions. This full-time position will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple locations to ensure seamless billing operations under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between consultants and CIS to ensure accurate invoicing.
Utilize software to generate billing reports and fulfill team requests.
Review, edit, and finalize monthly invoices for project managers.
Ensure timely and comprehensive invoicing for all projects.
Coordinate with the contract team to establish and manage project codes.
Monitor contract deadlines and facilitate updates with project managers.
Address client-specific issues, such as purchase orders and payment details.
Track and follow up on accounts receivable per leadership direction.
Maintain account balances and identify discrepancies.
Collaborate with project managers to determine invoicing and project requirements.
Maintain flexibility in supporting team members and prioritize workload effectively.
Skills for Success:
Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years in administrative or operations roles, preferably in finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to thrive under pressure, manage deadlines, and solve problems proactively.
Strong work ethic, team collaboration skills, and adaptability to changing business needs.
