About the Job
- Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with projects
- Identify business or customer requirements and information technology alternatives
- Create project plans for information technology development and testing
- Translate requirements into new information technology project specifications
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a role (or roles) focused on two or more of the following: operational processes, billing, accounting, order management, data entry/management/hygiene, business operations
- 3 years of experience are required
- Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process
- Basic knowledge/understanding of MS office or G-suite, specifically Excel/Sheets; Must know how to format and work with system reports that are exported to Excel/Sheets
- Experience utilizing SalesForce (FinancialForce PSA platform a plus)
- Experience "owning" processes, consistently analyzing those processes against ever changing business needs and suggesting/spearheading updates to said processes
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong communication skills (frequently communicates with management and occasionally, customers)
- Quick learner
- Extremely detail oriented
- Able to take direction and follow outlined policies, process guides and instructions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
