 Billing Manager - Job Description

WHO WE NEED: 

We’re currently looking for a Billing Manager to join our Accounting & Finance team and provide our customers with quality service. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you: 

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including managing a team of billing and collection specialists
• NetSuite experience required
• Salesforce CPQ experience required
• Avalara experience required
• Software company experience a plus
• Highly organized and self-driven with strong attention to detail and timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Responsible for a team of Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialists – oversees the work to ensure the team provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. 
• Ensure all invoices are correctly billed and sent in a timely manner.
• Monitors all collections and ensures DSO remains within set standards.
• Verifies all taxes are set up on all products correctly for sales tax filings.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the item SKU data 
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer success, to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy and implement strategies to achieve these goals
