Billing and Finance Coordinator
Our client, a law firm specializing in employment and labor law, is looking to add a Billing and Finance Coordinator to its dynamic and well-established team. We are looking for an organized, eager to learn, experienced candidate with an interest in law and ability to handle tasks across multiple disciplines, including Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Administration.

Responsibilities:
• Monthly legal billing for an assigned group of attorneys.
• Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and firm credit card transactions.
• Updating billing and financial spreadsheets.
• Assisting the Firm’s Managing Director and other members of the Billing Team, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Microsoft Office experience, highly proficient in Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good work ethic, drive to produce quality work and support both admin and attorney colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
