The Billing and Driver Payroll Coordinator ensures the proper billing of services rendered to the Company's customers and prepares and processes payroll for both company and owner-operator drivers. This role requires knowledge of billing and payroll procedures, along with strong attention to detail. The primary objective is to ensure that the Company bills its customers accurately and on time, while also ensuring the accuracy of driver payrolls.

The primary objective is to ensure that the Company bills its customers accurately and on time, while also ensuring the accuracy of driver payrolls.
Billing:
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to maintain customer accounts.
- Compile and process data such as prices, discounts, and shipping rates.
- Ensure accurate billing for services provided.
- Issue and distribute invoices via email or mail.
- Communicate with customers to answer billing-related inquiries.
- Resolve disputes between the Company and its creditors.
- Maintain accurate records, including customer information, rates, and communications.
Driver Payroll:
- Release detention pay to drivers once it has been paid by customers.
- Review driver reports and add toll charges to driver pay as needed.
- Address and resolve driver concerns regarding their pay.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience as a billing coordinator or in a similar position.
- Understanding of relevant laws and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
- Strong skills in mathematics and financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate trustworthiness.
