About Us:
We are a fully employee-owned company providing top-notch environmental and geotechnical engineering services in the eastern US. We are looking for a Billing Specialist/Coordinator to join our office.
Responsibilities:
**Track labor hours and prepare invoices for billing
**Update invoices based on changes in project scope
**Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate billing
**Handle billing for complex engineering/construction services, for projects working along side multiple subcontractors and vendors
Job Requirements
Requirements:
**High school diploma or associate degree required
**2-4 years of billing experience in an architectural design/engineering services company or a construction company. Experience in complex (intermodal) logistics billing is also acceptable
**Strong attention to detail and ability to manage dynamic and changing billing aspects
**No collections work; focus solely on tracking and updating invoices
**Not an administrative assistant role
Preferred Experience:
**Billing experience in a highly complex environment, tracking various aspects of engineering or construction services
**Experience from architectural design, engineering services, or construction companies
