Title: Billing Coordinator
Role Type: Direct Hire
Location: Onsite
Compensation: $53-$56k DOE

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle monthly client billing tasks for assigned attorneys, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare pre-bills for attorney review, making necessary adjustments prior to final billing.
• Utilize various bill formats to generate final bills in accordance with specific matter instructions.
• Generate electronic bills and manage deductions and appeals processes.
• Facilitate updates to client and matter information promptly and accurately.
• Identify and address billing discrepancies in coordination with attorneys and clients.
• Provide support to attorneys and secretaries in responding to client inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain requested reports for clients or attorneys.
• Monitor and resolve unapplied cash, on-account fees, disbursements, and trust balances.

What you’ll need to be considered:
1+ years of legal billing experience OR 3+ years of billing experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
Professional demeanor
Team Player
