Billing Coordinator at BerkOne

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Office Support Clerk will be an integral part of our Vehicle Title Processing team! The successful candidate must be able to work in a production environment with deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Duties include:

• Accurately process paperwork and perform changes/corrections on vehicle titles, in compliance with DMV rules and regulations
• Collate necessary paperwork to complete requestors transactions for DMV Filings
• Scan, upload and notate necessary documentation into the client portal for processing
• Work with tight deadlines and complete tasks within pre-determined time frames
  

LOCATION + SCHEDULE:

• On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
• Full-time Schedule
• Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• No weekends!

PAY + BENEFITS:

• Salary: $13.72/hour

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 6 months - 1 year general office/clerical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast paced, repetitive production-based environment
• Strong familiarity with computers and comfortability working with Microsoft Office Products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
