Billing and Collections Specialist (On-Site Only). - Behavior Analysis Inc.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills and a minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collection systems. Preferred experience includes ABA/behavior analysis insurance billing. Candidates must be proficient in medical practice management software and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and submitting electronic and paper medical claims
• Submitting corrected claims and disputing claims with insurance payors
• Conducting follow-up activities for unpaid claims
• Processing payments and adjustments
• Collecting co-payments and auditing client accounts

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. The role is on-site in Davie, FL, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Background checks are required for all serious candidates.
