Billing Clerk - National Cart Co.

Job Summary: The Billing Clerk conducts various clerical tasks to assist with daily accounts receivable billing.

Required Skills/Abilities:
o High school diploma or equivalent plus some higher education or relevant work experience.
o Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
o Requires strong decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
o Should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
o Must be able to work well under short time constraints and pressure.
o Should be a team player and willing to assist with all company initiatives.
o Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
o Must be able to work extended hours before and after shift as required.

Responsibilities:
o Prepares, prints, files, mails, and transmits invoices.
o Sends copies of invoices and statements as requested.
o Processes credit card charges.
o Investigates and collects support issue data.
o Prints and transmits sales acknowledgements.
o Tracks support issue information for clients.
o Issues credit memos as needed.
o Ensures that records are prepared and filed appropriately for future access.
o Processes credit applications.
o Calculates and reports daily metrics.
o Assists with technical issues and computer related problems.
o Adheres to company regulations and follows NCC values.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
