Responsibilities:

• Bill car deals daily / clean and finalize
• Payoff trades and purchases
• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
• Wholesales and purchases
• CPO’s
• Submit warranties
• Send reports every morning
• Pay off floor plan
• Back up other billing clerk
• Clean schedules
• Post reserve statements
• File vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience billing In The Car Industry-Minimum Of 3 Years Experience
• Experience in CDK/ADP
• Experience In Data Entry
• Knowledge Of Standard Accounting Procedures
• Ability To Prioritize And Multitask
• Ability to calculate amounts for commissions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, and procedure manuals
• Ability to stay late and work on some weekends when needed
