Job Details
Education:
- Associate degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
- 1-2 years of previous legal billing experience required
- Must be technically proficient with law firm billing systems
- Experience with e-billing platforms preferred
- Prior experience with Centerbase software is a plus
- General knowledge of law firm operations and accounting procedures
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and 10-key calculator
- Excellent math aptitude and understanding of general accounting principles

- Professional approach to responding to requests
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
Advisory Role:
- Ability to act in an advisory capacity to attorneys on all billing-related matters
