About the Job
- Billing Associate will manage inter-company billing for over 9 company divisions
- Daily data processing
- Sort invoices line by line by company
- Determine billing amounts and identify correct division to bill
- Process approximately 1000 inter-company invoices per month
- As a Billing Associate, you will run and manage reports to ensure accurate billing information
- Verify data to maintain accuracy and consistency in billing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of multi-entity billing experience
- Proficient with Excel
- Construction or manufacturing experience a plus
- Sage experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
