Salary: $55K-$60K | Direct Hire | 100% In Office

Accountants One is partnering with a valued client to recruit two Billing Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the status of ongoing jobs for timely billing
• Collaborate with Operations and Accounting teams
• Coordinate with Project Managers for client billing information
• Generate detailed client invoices
• Analyze project billing for accuracy and trends
• Compile weekly labor reports

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of billing experience
• Experience in project billing is a plus
• Background in construction, automotive, environmental, or hospitality billing is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with ERP software (NetSuite, SAP), QuickBooks, or Ariba
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
