As our new Billing Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving partner billing inquiries through various communication channels
• Collaborating with other departments to address billing issues
• Assisting with past due collections efforts
• Maintaining accurate billing and collections information in Salesforce
• Developing a strong understanding of our billing processes
• Reconciling client accounts, including those with multiple currencies

• Recent graduate with relevant work experience or transferable skills
