Billing Analyst
The Billing Analyst is integral to the GardaWorld Security corporate Accounting and Finance Department. Working with our branches, Accounting, and Financial Analyst teams, the successful candidate will assist with all billing functions. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet daily challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is an entry-level position on our Accounting and Finance team.
Responsibilities:
Invoice processing and distribution to our customers.
Navigate and have an understanding of our customers websites/portals.
Facilitate communication with customer providing an excellent customer experience.
Maintain our ERP system with accurate customer data.
Complete invoice reconciliations as requested.
Requirements:
Complete daily billing requirements.
Assists in developing billing controls to ensure compliance with GardaWorld requirements.
Develop reports using customers websites/portals and our ERP system.
Experience:
The candidate should be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands. In addition, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with all levels of the organization is essential to the position.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word is required.
