Billing/Accounting Clerk - Anderson Ford

Anderson Ford, located in Anderson, South Carolina, is currently hiring a Billing/Accounting Clerk to join our team. As a Billing/Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and performing various bookkeeping tasks. This position is full time and pay is based on experience level.

• Reconcile and post vehicle deals.
• Reconcile schedules.
• Disburse checks.
• Reconcile daily deposit.
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks.
• Light filing

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform, CDK experience a Plus
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
