BILLER/RECEPTIONIST - Feldman Chevrolet of Novi

Job Summary:

Feldman Chevrolet of Novi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a BILLER/RECEPTIONIST. This full-time, salaried position is perfect for someone with a passion for the auto industry and a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency. As a BILLER/RECEPTIONIST, you will play a key role in our dealership's day-to-day operations by handling billing and administrative tasks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of $16 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately process all vehicle transactions, including sales, leases, trade-ins, and financing paperwork
- Prepare and send out billing invoices and statements to customers
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and customer information
- Handle all incoming calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and refunds
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and handle any necessary follow-up
- Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
