Bilingual Tech Specialist at Jasco Products Company, Inc.

Jasco is looking for a Bilingual Consumer Care Tech Specialist that wants to go above and beyond for our customers!

Shift is 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday through Friday.

$16.00-16.50 per hour starting rate

• Consumer Care Specialists serve our customers with excellence by striving to always exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products.
• Fluent written/spoken English and Spanish
• In this role you will handle phone calls from customers and help troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues.
• As a specialist you will receive training on all Jasco’s products; including things such as universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.
• Consumer Care Specialists also act as a platform for customers to give feedback about our products and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals.

• Previous customer service/call center experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of consumer electronics is desired.
• Fluent written/spoken English and Spanish required.
• Competency in a Microsoft Windows computer environment desired.
• Must be able to lift and carry products, chairs, returns, and office supplies as needed.
