We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual (Spanish) Virtual Clinical Educator to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your professional clinical expertise, empathy, and strong communication skills to provide personalized support to patients who have recently been prescribed complex therapy. As a trusted clinical advocate, you will engage with patients and healthcare providers to deliver expert counsel tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring a seamless transition onto the new therapy regimen.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
Build genuine connections with patients based on empathy, trust, and rapport.
Provide comprehensive disease education, product training, and support to patients and their caregivers.
Proactively reach out to patients to offer ongoing support and guidance.
Empower patients through personalized engagement initiatives.
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to address patient barriers and enhance treatment adherence.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of patient support initiatives.
Offer assistance with access and affordability challenges, connecting patients to relevant resources.
Provide health coaching to promote medication adherence and compliance.
Deliver feedback to healthcare providers and ensure effective communication throughout the treatment process.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with current, unrestricted license.
Previous experience in telephonic patient support and healthcare education.
Compassion, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for patient care.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office products.
Experience with motivational interviewing and behavior change coaching.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
