This position is with a collaborative and community-focused organization offering integrated behavioral health services to pediatric and adult populations. The role emphasizes one-on-one therapy with minimal administrative burden, supported by a dedicated case management team.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $66,560.00 - $104,000.00 annually
• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: 100% employer-paid for employees
• 403(b) Retirement Plan with 5% employer match
• PTO: 2 weeks starting, plus 3 weeks of administrative leave
• 6 sick days annually
• Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500 (in-state relocation)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to patients, including warm handoffs as needed
• Serve a diverse population, with a focus on pediatric patients with ADHD and adults in a high-stress community setting
• Flexible scheduling: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available (minimum 2 days per week)
• Manage a caseload of approximately one patient per hour, with 45-minute sessions and 15 minutes of administrative time
• Use Epic EMR for documentation

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic
• Experience in hospital or integrated health settings preferred
• Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
