Bilingual Support: Provide services in both English and Spanish, effectively addressing customer inquiries and issues.
Claims Assistance: Assist customers in understanding and navigating the insurance claims process.
Policy Adjustments: Implement changes to existing policies as requested by clients, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Maryland Insurance License.
Bilingual Capability: Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
