Your Role:
This role is a 50/50 balance of Project Management and Sales, ideal for a motivated self-starter eager to take ownership and grow with us. You'll meet with clients, manage the jobs you sell, and leverage opportunities to develop new business while ensuring every project's success.
- Client Engagement: Meet with residential clients, HOA representatives, and property developers to review project details, design plans, and gather requirements.
- Sales Excellence: Create detailed estimates, scopes of work, and proposals, selling projects to clients while building strong relationships.
- Project Management: Oversee the jobs you sell from start to finish, coordinating with install teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead Generation: Proactively create and follow up on leads, find new opportunities, and spread the word at installations to nearby neighborhoods.
- Collaboration: Partner with the landscaping design team to develop prints and plans for clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
- Experience: Proven project management experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or softscaping, with familiarity in creating estimates and scopes of work.
- Sales Skills: A knack for building relationships and closing deals, with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Design Acumen: Familiarity with landscaping design is highly beneficial.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Spanish fluency is a plus.
