Front Desk Specialist is a well-rounded person with outstanding people
skills who has experience in Client Support
An energetic individual who has a positive attitude and a passion to excel
in the workplace
Someone who is comfortable working in an environment that is constantly
changing, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks is a
necessity
Previous experience working in a medical practice or other healthcare
environment
Professional demeanor
Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for helping others be the best they can be
Strong customer focus with a caring attitude
Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems
Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask under pressure and be highly responsive to patients &
team members
High school or equivalent (Required)
Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)
Responsibilities
Answer multiple phone lines and screen incoming phone calls in a
professional manner
Maintain positive attitude at all times
Greet and check-in clients while providing quick and comfortable waiting
experience
Ensure patient information is updated, accurate and complete in EMR
(electronic medical record)
Keep front reception area and exam rooms organized, clean, and well
stocked
Ensure restrooms, waiting areas, and front desk areas are clean and tidy
at all times
Check out patients and processing payments thru multiple platforms
Operate printer and scanner
Respond to incoming patient inquiries via Team email, texting app, and
phone calls
Confirm patient appointments daily
Assist in responding to client reviews on sites such as Google, Facebook,
Yelp, RealSelf
Ensure the office is properly stocked with brochures and office supplies
Stock exam and procedure rooms daily
Participate in office events and seminars outside regular business hours
Enthusiastic and optimistic personality
Arrive on time and stay until finished with current client
Continue education of products, procedures and services
BodyBrite provides
Stay up to date on current product/services specials, prices and packages
offered by BodyBrite
Maintain BodyBrite dress code at all times
Applicants must be able to work a full 8 hour shift on Wed. Friday and Saturday shifts are also mandatory.
