Salary Range: $41600.00 - $49920.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Policy Management: Process policy updates, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish
Insurance Licensing: Obtain Property and Casualty License within 60 days. Training/education is 100% paid by employer.
Customer Focus: Deep commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions to meet customer needs.
