Well established healthcare system seeks several energetic Bilingual Customer Service Reps. This person will: answer a high volume of Spanish and English inbound calls and emails, analyze and problem solve inquires and issues all while providing WORLD CLASS customer service.
Full time schedule – 40 hours per week, rotating schedule: Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:00pm and Saturday 9am-1pm $18-18.50/hr depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES of the Bilingual Customer Service Rep:
- Ability to ffluently communication in SPANISH
- Answering high volume of inbound calls and emails
- High volume of data entry into computer system
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS of the Bilingual Customer Service Rep:
- Must have GREAT customer service skills
- Must be able to type - 30 WPM
- Excellent organizational and proven verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Call center preferred
***MUST be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
