CXC Talent is actively seeking for Leasing Professionals in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
- Now Immediately Hiring for a dynamic, self-driven, go-getter Bilingual Assistant Property Manager with Tax Credit Experience!
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a professional office image, possess excellent communication skills and be highly organized.
A minimum of 6 months of onsite apartment leasing experience is required.
-Assists the property manager as needed.
-Minimize delinquency, ensure rent collection, monitor bank activity and daily deposits, contact residents, and collect overdue rent and other fees.
-Process the delinquent letters and charges to residents according to policy, collect late fees, and file evections.
-Serve as property representative in court proceedings under the direction of legal counsel, understanding all property legal issues affecting residency, storage, abandonment, bankruptcy, fair housing, and unlawful detainer/eviction actions.
-Support the leasing team with leasing, telephone inquiries, and qualifying applicants.
-Ensure all move-in paperwork is accurately prepared.
-Monitor daily move-in/move-out property status reports and manage the monthly renewal process.
-Accurately collect and enter all application fees, security deposits, rents and other fees to residents' accounts
-Ensure all residents are entered into the property computer software and lease agreements are up to date with all the correct terms and conditions.
-Monitor service requests are completed within 24 hours
-Monitor curb appeal and ensure that property standards are met
-Able to understand, complete, and submit weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports
-Monitor, present, and explain lease/renewal paperwork
-Walk apartments move-ins/move-outs and report all necessary improvements.
-Assist leasing team on walking-ready apartments and models to ensure models and apartments are show-ready
-Help maintain a closing ratio based on the needs of the community
-Help plan, schedule and organize resident functions for resident retention and renewals.
-Participate in social media marketing to obtain traffic and assist with brand management.
-Always maintain a professional demeanor
-Adheres to and implements all company policies
-Audits the lease files
-Implements scheduled rent increases
-Informs residents of work progress or delays
-Other duties as assigned
-Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Community software (such as Onsite, Yardi, Resman)
-Must comply with all Fair Housing, Tax Compliance regulations, and other laws as they relate to property-specific guidelines and occupancy standards
-Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
-Maintain passing email, phone, and in-person shop scores
EDUCATION: A high school education or equivalent is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have multi-family experience.
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Must be able to efficiently communicate in Spanish and English
-Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Community software (such as Onsite, Yardi)
-Must be highly organized.
-Must know and comprehend the apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing Laws
-Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
-Must be a Go-Getter and Self Starter!!

-Valid Driver License
-Reliable transportation
-Able to work indoors/outdoors on different climate conditions
-Stand, walk, talk, hear, write, type
-Have proper clothing/accessories for different climate conditions and job duties
-Able to work independently
-Able to communicate effectively with staff, residents and visitors to the facility
