A client of ours located in East Orange, NJ is currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Accounts Payables Adminsitrative Assistant to join their growing team. The right candidate will have previous administrative experience with a focus on billing. If you have Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks skills, this postion is for you!

Job Title: Accounts Payables Administraitve Assistant

Job Type: On Site, full-time, permanent

Job Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

Pay Range: up to $28.00/hour, depending on experience

Duties:

• At least three (3) years of experience in bookkeeping and general clerical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills necessary for the handling of confidential information and providing high quality service both internally and externally.
• Effective time management, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal skills.
• Experience performing billing and bookkeeping work involved in preparing bills and maintaining all the various accounts in a computer program.
• Providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities
• Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
