Title: Bilingual Senior Accountant
Location: Southern Region (Onsite, 5 Days a Week)
Description:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting principles. This role involves managing monthly close processes, preparing financial statements, and supporting audits while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute to process improvements and provide oversight for accounting functions.
Essential Functions:
Perform and review monthly close processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare financial statements, schedules, and inventory reports for internal stakeholders.
Maintain fixed asset schedules and manage associated depreciation.
Support internal and external audits, including financial and tax audits.
Monitor and file regulatory reports, including sales and local taxes.
Provide leadership and support to the accounting team to manage operational expenditures.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on general ledger functions.
Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish objectives.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean (written and spoken) is required.
Desired Skills:
Experience managing accounts payable, fixed assets, reconciliations, and tax reporting.
Proven ability to provide hands-on support for various accounting functions.
Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives.

Compensation:
Pay range: $85k-$95k/year
