About the Job
Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Bilingual Sales Account Executive who is fluent in Korean and English to join their team and help drive sales efforts in the beauty product industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Korean and English and will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with retail stores, promoting beauty products, and achieving sales targets. This role is open to candidates with a diverse range of backgrounds, including but not limited to Purchasing, Sales, or Accounting, as we are committed to training and building up our current team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand existing retail client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within retail locations.
- Present, promote, and sell beauty products to decision-makers at retail stores.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and activity logs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. university
- Background in Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service in the beauty or retail industry is a plus but not required.
