We’re searching for an experienced Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our San Antonio team!
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with other Recruiters and Branch manager on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter should have work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize various resources including applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Performs candidate pre-screening, arranges interviews, and conducts interviews according to the standard hiring process.
- Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase and then presents viable candidates to customers’ hiring managers.
- Verify candidate's credentials, including experience, references, and backgrounds.
- Guide candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Organizes and attends job fairs, coordinates, and plans recruiting events to meet planned weekly and monthly objectives.
- Conducts post-interview follow-ups with hiring managers to assess placement viability and gathers feedback in case of unsuccessful placements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience in staffing is required.
