We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Consulting Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, managing our front desk, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Bilingual Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing the front desk and providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and contractors.
2. Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
3. Maintaining a highly organized filing system for seamless data retrieval and record keeping.
4. Handling data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
5. Translating documents from English to another language and vice versa, as well as interpreting conversations during meetings or calls.
6. Assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating staff schedules.
7. Providing administrative support to our consulting team, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and assisting with project management tasks.
8. Communicating effectively with team members and clients in both English and another language.
9. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Bilingual Receptionist position should possess the following:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or a related field will be a plus.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in English and at least one other language.
4. Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems.
5. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
6. Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of the construction industry and its terminology would be an advantage.
