Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical support in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a temporary, 100% on-site role offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and direct them to appropriate attorneys or departments.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Scan, organize, and mail legal documents.
- Assist with large-scale mailings and clerical support tasks.
- Maintain an organized workspace and manage filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to start immediately and work on-site Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Contract Length: Ongoing, with the possibility of a month-long duration or longer.
