Bilingual Receptionist at Beacon Hill

Our client, a law firm based in Boston, is seeking a temporary Bilingual Receptionist to join their team! this role is approximately 8-12 weeks long, full time hours Monday through Friday, onsite in Boston, and paying up to $25/hr. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwasher Maintenance: Unload dishwasher, load, and run cycles as needed.

Re-stocking:

Re-stock refrigerator with waters and sodas.

Ensure coffee-making supplies (coffees, snacks) are fully stocked.

Replenish paper and toner for all copiers, printers, and fax machines.

Communication Support:

Distribute potential client calls and e-mails promptly.

Event Preparation:

Check the day's events for visitors, depositions, and meetings.

Prepare and arrange coffee and water setups for meetings as requested.

Room Maintenance:

Maintain the reception area and conference rooms.

After meetings, promptly restore conference rooms to their original setup.

General Office Care:

Water, spray, and trim plants as needed.

Manage outgoing mail efficiently.

Additional Administrative Support:

Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients professionally.

Set up rooms for meetings and events.

Stock the breakroom and manage office supplies.

Open and process supply packages.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

-Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

-Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

-Fluency in Spanish

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
