Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production teams on the floor.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Experience in the pet food industry is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
