Long Term – Full Time 

Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for Bilingual Order Selector position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. We are looking for an individual who is bilingual in both Spanish and English who has operated an order picker. This position is responsible for going in and out of freezers correctly picking and distributing selected products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with others.

DETAILED SUMMARY:  

• Select and pull orders using an order picker to retrieve products and produce.
• Ensure that selected products match order details and are free from damage or defects.
• Meet daily and weekly order fulfillment quotas while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Work closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and customer demands.
• Ability to work in a freezer environment going in and out for long shifts, and lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques, PPE usage, and cold storage guidelines.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment for an extended period.
• Prior experience within a warehouse and order picking in required.
• Write and communicate in both Spanish and English
