About the Job
Domestic/International Order Administrator to coordinate and process all customer purchase orders and shipments within the United States and to South America, Central America and Mexico. Work with Credit Department, Buyer/Planners, Sales Support Group, Forwarder, Shipping Company, for product shortages, backorders, shipments and to initiate debit and credit memos. Coordinate any required license or Country of Origin, assist Traffic Department and warehouses. Understand and comply with customer agreements and requirements, review domestic/international customer orders for accuracy and compliance, enter customer orders, maintain proper EDI tables and special customer pricing in SAP. Coordinate any required license or Country of Origin, assist Traffic Department and warehouses, prepare all necessary shipping documentation and maintain order files and documents. Provide input in order to classify products including Harmonized Tariff Codes, Schedule B or Export Control Classification Number (ECCN). Obtain and present royalty license when appropriate to proper government agencies.

• Education/Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Export knowledge a plus which includes ECCN, HTS, Incoterms 2010. EDI knowledge a plus. SAP knowledge a plus.
• Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public in Spanish and English essential. (Portuguese a plus).
• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of order processing software. (SAP helpful, aptitude to learn SAP is essential )
