Primary Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist customers.
- Friendly and respectful towards clients over the phone.
- Managing account payable, ensuring timely vendor payments.
- Prepare weekly bills for accountant to be paid.
- Prepare timesheets for payroll.
- Managing critical data in Excel and Word.
- Filling and maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Dispatching knowledge and capabilities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak clearly and effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, and have friendly people skills
- Must be able to multitask
- High School Diploma/GED
- Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to commute to our office in Manassas
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly excel.
- Able to learn new skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Problem-solving skills
- Work hours would be 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
