Responsibilities include but not limited to):

· Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

· Salary based on experience:

o $16/hour, if you have P&C license

o $18/hour, if you have both P&C and Life & Health

· Plus commission/bonus

· 401k after 1 yr of service; 3% match

Requirements

• 440 Customer Service License (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
• Must have active driver's license

· Sales experience outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

· Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

· Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent

· Must be able to obtain the proper licenses to sell insurance prior to start
