Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategy and best practice guides for the organization.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
- Support all System and Network devices, as well as ERP infrastructure.
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot all technology issues.
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.
- Make recommendations about the purchase of technology resources.
- Research current and potential resources and services.
- Provide network access to all staff and maintain internal networks.
- Regularly liaise with other professionals to ensure the smooth running of IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English / Mandarin)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven working experience as an IT director or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT Systems, Networks, and ERP.
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation.
- A strong strategic and business mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in controlling information technology budget.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
