• IT security support: Help maintain IT security protocols and perform routine compliance checks.
• Technical support: Provide basic IT support for software, hardware, and network issues across the organization.
• Device maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for company devices, such as desktops, laptops, and printers.
• End-user tech support: Offer day-to-day technical assistance to staff, emphasizing a proactive and service-oriented approach.
• Event technology support: Assist with technical planning, setup, and breakdown for special events, both on-site and off-site.
• Administrative tasks: Handle IT-related administrative duties, including documentation and inventory management.
• Emergency response: Serve as a point of contact for addressing IT emergencies and troubleshooting basic issues.
