We are looking for someone with 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience (ex: Restaurant, luxury retail sales, hospitality, and banking industries). You will need to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
No insurance experience? No problem!
We are looking for a career-minded, goal-oriented individual who is eager to learn about the insurance industry. We will provide the necessary training and support to develop a strong understanding of insurance sales, products and policies. This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting their career and looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. Entry-level position: $37,440 Per year ($18 per hour) plus commission ($1200 - $1500 per month). May make up to $55,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be responsible for providing quality service to clients over the phone and email. You will also be responsible for providing insurance quotes based on the clients individual goals. Licensed and experienced: $41,600 Per year ($20 per hour) plus commission ($30,000 per year). May make up to $70,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base.
- Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
- Prospect for new business through cold calling.
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell.
- Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business and meet sales targets
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License Required. Will pay 100% for ALL licensing. Must be willing to pursue licensing requirements immediately.
- 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience (ex: Restaurant, luxury retail sales, hospitality, and banking industries)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
