Responsibilities

• With your excellent relationship-building talents, you'll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Use your savvy skills to build clientele via telephone prospecting, and warm leads.
• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working to educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs as well as making sales presentations.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in helping clients round out their accounts and updating client information.

• Property & Casualty License required. Licensing assistance is available.
• 1+ Years of Sales and Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Self-starter and team player with professional phone etiquette.
• A critical thinker with the ability to be coached and trained.
