Responsibilities
Answering and managing inbound customer calls, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
Assisting customers with inquiries, providing clear and concise information on products and services.
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to provide seamless service.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Contributing to the team by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
Requirements
License preferred, willing to train, and licensing assistance available. Bilingual (Spanish) required. Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
