As an insurance customer service representative you will work with a dynamic team that shares your desire to win. Experience in insurance sales is preferred but is not necessary. The right candidate should have a career mindset and be ready to grow! Our customer service representative will be responsible for processing client payments and endorsements, cross selling and upselling products to current clients, and providing outstanding service to the same.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Call customers for policy renewals
• Maintain knowledge of new products and companies.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Process payments and policy endorsements

• Bilingual in Spanish mandatory
• Insurance sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
