Salary: $17-20/ hour + bonus depending on experience
Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Address inquiries, provide information, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Policies Management: Assist in managing insurance policies, updating information, and ensuring accuracy.
- Sales Support: Aid in sales efforts by providing administrative and customer support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bilingual, expert in both English and Spanish required
- Licensing: Must possess or obtain a valid Florida Insurance 440/220 License.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues.
